Oh man, I totally got all nerdy yesterday. After watching 2 episodes of Secrets from a Stylist I felt inspired to pretend I was a stylist (yeah right.) Anyway I went around and found all my pillows and tchotchkes set them all out in a pile and then practically put them back in the same spots I found them in. Also, I would never leave that sheepskin on the coffee table, that would just be weird and Jeff would laugh at me. I guess I’m just not there yet. Anyways, then I got my camera out and decided I would try my hand at taking some vignettes. Do I ever take vignette style photos? Answer: Barely ever. What I did discover, sometimes photos can make your stuff look way better than it does in real life. Also, vignettes are cool because you, the viewer, have no idea that there are toys and other crap all over this living room, you just can’t see it.

I love your redesign! It looks so great. Also, I really need to work on my stylist skills. Some days I don’t think I have enough pillows/knick knacks/vases etc., and other days I think I have waaaaay too many!

Ahahahaa this looks fantastic and the comment about the toys makes me feel so much better about my own home!
