are you in Kenwood? I grew up in GoldenValley–but left in 1983–have been back several times since I inherited estates in Golden Valley & Wayzata–but cannot stand Mpls winters

Once you’re done (and if you feel comfortable with it), I’d love to get the name of your contractor. We’re in St. Paul and will probably be starting in on a basement remodel this year too!
