We moved our oldest two to bunk beds when our 3rd was on the way last spring and a ton of friends suggested Beddy’s. I tried hard but couldn’t figure out how to spend $500 on linens with the other stuff I needed to get done in their room. I guess I also didn’t see any of the Beddy’s sets that spoke the right neutral to me (the bunk bedders are a boy and a girl) so it extra didn’t feel worth it. I haven’t figured out a good bed making solution though and the check pattern is so great so perhaps I will eventually give in.

The problem with Doritos is that I like them too, but I recently went Dorito free for a couple of weeks which means I did not buy them and my younger son was unable to eat them either. It certainly helped with crumbs.

I think the bunks only need one pillow each, that will simplify making the beds. And bunks are hard to make to begin with but when they are against the wall it gets even more difficult. Also, it doesn't seem to matter whether it's a top or bottom bunk, they are a drag.

I like your ideas Scoops!

Love it. Love the whole modern, 60's camp vibe. Unless this makes it too kitschy, may I suggest adding some color and light above the bunks on the t.v. wall via some retro paint by numbers art. Some cool lake or cabin scenes would be fun. Can't wait to see those crocheted afghans!
