In reply to Dan | Manhattan Nest. Thanks Dan! I dont have one of those things either, so don't worry. Radiators are good at being gross that way. My living and dining room radiators have covers and are positioned in a way that I cant clean them fully, even if I tried. Eesh, I'm sure if we all die from dust poisoning that'll be the reason why.

I love the results! For me there is an intimidating amount of cleaning before I would have a surface I could paint. We bought the house from a family who lived here since the ’50’s, never painted or cleaned beyond the visible surfaces of our radiators. I walk into a room and our radiators fall into view, I avert my eyes. I need to get over this.

Oh man, looks good! Come do mine!!! All the gross filthy flaky silver is really bringing me down. That, and my (literally) dirty little secret that I still haven’t purchased one of those flexible dryer vent cleaning wand things to get at all the dust and horrors that are lurking in the nooks and crannies. Shudder.

In reply to jessica. Hey Jessica, The new Facebook timeline page can be kind of confusing. If you click on the link in this post it will take you to the Facebook page. Then you should just be able to click on the "thumbs up" icon in the header. Hope that helps :)
