In reply to Annie. I wish I took better notes to share. It wasn't the best ever and I will probably try a new recipe next time. Basically it was homemade tomato paste combined with brine from the spicy pickles, some cucumber juice and then a little homemade vegetable juice. Then I just jarred it up. I would've shared the recipe if I thought it was worthy, but I was shooting for perfection, and this was not it.
