I have to measure my front closet. Shoes are a major problem for us and the flimsy rack I have barely helps. I hope it’ll fit my space! I am guessing it will be too big, but I can hope.

In reply to Amanda @ willful/joyful. Dang, did you look around at any of the others at the Ikea site? There are a few other options that are a little more narrow, but probably wouldn't fit snuggly into your space. That 1/2 and inch is dumb. 19" shoe storage at ikea.

UGH! For a moment I was so excited, thinking you’d found the answer to all my shoe pile woes too. But, alas Mr. Tape Measure says that cabinet is a mere 1/2 inch too big for my nook. I’ll just have to keep looking. Darn!
