In reply to Jesselyn. Oh man, you came to stay with us during the coldest winter ever. Don't believe it! It's not always this cold and miserable, and there are lots of fun outdoor activities to do all winter long. Plus, I think making it through a winter gives you so much appreciation for the spring and summer. Anyway, in case you are here next year, January 1st, 9am, Lake Minnetonka, it's the ALARC lake jump. Good luck throughout the rest of the season, hang in there.

I didn’t know this was a thing or I would have TOTALLY done it. I know. I am nuts. I moved from Dallas (I know. I am nuts) over the summer and so I have been trying to do ALL the things because my hubby and I are giving Minneapolis a year. If the summer rolls around again and I am miserable, we are moving back. So I am doing as many things as possible so if I am miserable by summer 2014 then I can say “I really tried y’all but tis was not meant to be!”

In reply to Sabrina. I agree! It seems miserable. I did however agree to join my husband on his 10th jump (in 2 years). I'll have to figure out a way to get out of that one... Happy New Year to you too!

Oh man, I can’t even handle Polar Bear Plunges. I know I should be able to do it because I’m a Minnesotan, but it just seems like the worst thing ever.
And this year with all this cold… no way!
But the after party sounds super fun!
