In reply to Dawn fp. Oh my god, the bachelor farmer is so good. And so our radishes, especially if you eat them with salt and butter, but that wouldn't be healthy now, would it. You'll love the dressing :)

In reply to Meghanssj. You should try it, the oregano dressing is really good and tastes really good with the radishes. I'm sure I'll use it as a go-to dressing throughout the summer. My garden radishes are just starting to get big enough for the first batch, how are yours doing?

Great timing. I just discovered how delicious radishes are like literally last Saturday. We had raw breakfast radishes as an appetizer at The Bachelor Farmer in the North Loop and they were crazy delicious. Can’t wait to try them with your yummy vinaigrette.

That looks sooooooo good. Radish and egg sound like a wonderful texture combo for a salad. I’ve topped deviled eggs with radishes, but never featured them prominently in a salad. Also, I bet the oregano dressing is great on the greens. We already ate up our farmer’s market radishes for the week, so I’ll have to keep this in mind for next week. MMMM.
