Okay Bros! I will def check out this Japanese Anemone the next time I'm at the flower store. The Thimbleweed has blossomed now and it wasn't that exciting, I still enjoy the height of the plant and the pretty leaves, but beyond that it is only ho-hum. Thanks for your awesome suggestions!

It has beautiful foliage, I'd keep it unless it spreads! I second Crystal on the Japanese anemone. I got some from my mom's yard and it is truly beautiful.

Well it is native to mn, if your into that kind of thing. It's not as aggressive as other anemone species, so if you like it then keep it. Maybe plant another anemone species to go with it. I love Japanese anemone. It's pink and super pretty. Anemone hupehensis. I killed mine last year because I did not mulch it, so make sure to do that. It actually flowers in fall which is kind of cool since most anemones flower in spring. Google it:) I'm planting it again next year.

Thanks Crystal, I didn't know what that was either. It does look kind of weedy although the leaves are nice looking enough. Will you keep it Scoops?
