Instead he cut the treads to fit within the existing skirt but he didn’t do a very good job, nor does the skirt that’s there sit flush against the wall the whole way up leaving me irritated constantly. I can’t think of how to make the skirt flush to the wall without making the gap between the skirt and the treads even larger, gah!!!
