Yep, it totally does. The metal frame is very sturdy but has enough give to it that you can slip the canvas bag right on and off. The canvas bag also has a rope around the top to pull it tight. One last thing, I stopped by the hardware store and spent $5 on some casters so that I could roll the hamper in and out from it’s hiding place.
