Hey Sarah, I do not know for sure if they will work, but they look like they will work. I ordered a set and am anxiously awaiting their arrival. I am going to test them with the West Elm rods I already have to make sure they will do the trick or not before I order the actual rods. I’ll keep ya posted!

Awh, Thanks for your concern Paula. I do know I have a great table in the Drexel, and I have no plans of parting with it. I appreciate you watching out for me and the table. It’s just time for a refresh, and I want to see and feel what the space is like with some lighter accents. :)

You said many times in this post that you are keeping it (whew!). I do love the new Article table and I understand your desire for lighter wood, but your Dec 22 2018 insta photo shows the wood grain on the Drexel that just makes my heart beat fast. I trust you’ll do it right. With the beautiful and airy chandelier you are definitely going lighter. So, yes, I can see your vision, but please never part with your Drexel.

Hey Ellen! Seeing Nicole’s radiator bay window curtain solution was super motivating. It took a ton of searching to finally find an angle piece that I can use with the west elm rods that I like. There aren’t a lot of options out there, and I was happy to find a solution at Ballard designs. I still haven’t pulled the trigger on an order, fingers crossed it will work as planned.

I can’t wait to see the light fixture with the medallion. Yay to curtains on a bay window with a radiator below! I’ve always wanted to do it but I didn’t think it was possible until I saw making it lovely’s. Of course I still haven’t gotten further than creating a curtain shopping list on my ikea account…. i bet yours will motivate me to pull the trigger!

I really love that light fixture, so light and airy! I’m finalizing new fixtures for my whole house so I’m limited by budget. Eventually I’ll upgrade to some dreamy fixtures.

I had the Orbit chandelier and a ceiling medallion at my last home and I miss it all the time. The light from the Orbit chandelier is so warm and soft while the fixture is simultaneously huge but not heavy. Can’t wait to see this update!
