Love the room! How do your cats do with the schoolhouse electric blankets? I was recently gifted one and am a bit afraid to use it because I have two cats. They aren’t destructive, but they do like to knead and some knits just aren’t up to snuff. Any wear and tear for you over time?

In reply to Kristin. Hey Kristin, I was worried about that too, but the it's so high over the radiator and the radiator is turned down low, so I don't think it will be a problem. I haven't noticed the tv getting hot or anything like that.

In reply to Ellen. Yes, they are cordless! I really think they are sharp. The romans are also cordless, and they need to be folded into place as they are lifted. We usually only adjust the length of the solars though, unless it's the weekend.

Lovely! I never thought much of that wallpaper pattern, but seeing it in this room may have changed my mind. I wonder if you will have any issues with the TV over the radiator – I have a few friends who unwittingly fried their TV by setting it on top of one.
